The Auke Bay Ferry Terminal is 1 of the largest and most busy terminals of the AMHS. The amount of vessel and passenger traffic requires separate teams, working different shifts, to staff every ship call. This is a supervisory position with substantial responsibility for the exercise of independent judgment in employing, disciplining, or adjudicating grievances of subordinates.This position coordinates the work of multiple shifts at Auke Bay Ferry Terminal, supervises and directs the work of Ferry Terminal Assistants I on a shift, and oversees the work of a Ferry Terminal Assistant II leading an alternate shift.
